- Coordinate with client representatives to prioritize and develop strategies designed to successfully accomplish their legislative goals and objectives.
- Under the direction of client representatives, monitor legislation and advocate on behalf of the client before the legislature and administration.
- Schedule meetings for client representatives with legislators, administration representatives, agencies and departments.
- Develop and implement grassroots programs designed to accomplish legislative and regulatory goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage “Day at the Capitol” lobbying events for clients and their members.
- Assist clients with coalition building and relationship development.
- Manage political action budgets and assist with participation in fundraising events.
- Represent clients at meetings, receptions and fundraiser as needed.
- Provide support for clients representatives with trade organization activities.
- Maintain FPPC registration and file quarterly reports on behalf of clients.
